Mark Juby runs a terrible Chiropractic practice in Charlotte. The minute he found out my insurance covered 10 chiropractic visits he signed me up for follow ups before he even diagnosed me or performed the adjustment. I'm a retired athlete and I was recommended to visit Juby from a friend who was a bartender at The Palm. The evening after my appointment I told my bartender buddy I went to Juby and it was a horrible exerience. He said he assumed Juby was closed that afternoon because he had a multiple martini lunch. Shorty after I moved to Atlanta only to find Juby charged me for all of the appointments he put on the books. I called the same receptionist that I cancelled the appointments with and she assured me they would send the 3 credit agencies to get this off my record. After several attempts it's still on my credit report 6 years later. Juby is a joke and I can't wait to tell him how I feel about his unethical practices and hopefully I catch him at The Palm to embarrass him around all of his wannabe friends. Juby is a crook in my book. He's accusing me of stealing from him and had the audacity to report this to the credit agencies. What a LOSER!!! Kevin Fix, Atlanta Georgia
