Rate and Review Sandra Johnson DC

After making an appointment with Dr. Johnson and driving 2+ hours in poor weather to get to the appointment (with her knowing full well from our phone conversation how far away I would be coming from), I showed up only to be told that the doctor had canceled the day due to bad weather conditions. She did not bother to call and cancel with me, and when contacted by phone, all she would say was "sorry" and asking if I would like to reschedule. No thanks. I prefer to give my money to someone who cares enough about their clients to follow some basic courtesy such as letting them know when an appointment is canceled (or even offering some kind of compensation for forgetting to do so, which was NOT done by Dr. Johnson). After taking a day off work, driving for a five hour round trip, and spending my own time and money on gas and the trip for nothing, I will NEVER be going back to Dr. Johnson or recommending her to anyone.
